10월 4~5일에 UNITAID(국제의약품구매기구)의 3번째 자문포럼이 개최되었다. 세계보건기구(WHO), 에이즈결핵말라리아를위한국제기금(GFATM), 의약품특허풀(MPP), 핼스갭(Health GAP), 국경없는의사회(MSF) 등이 참여한 IP관련 워크샵에서 19개의 권고사항을 마련하여 발표했다.
